About Diana

Understanding ourselves is the beginning of the lasting change

I believe many of our current struggles make sense when viewed through the lens of our past experiences and relationships.

Whether we are living with anxiety, feeling stuck in recurring relationship patterns, navigating a significant life transition or carrying the impact of earlier experiences, there are often rational reasons why we respond to life the way we do.

My role is not to fix people or offer quick solutions. Instead, I work alongside you to explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion and respect, help you reach understanding and help you discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I believe that lasting change is possible not when we become someone different but when we finally encounter ourselves as we were always meant to be.

How I work

No two people come to therapy with the same experiences or hopes  for change.

Rather than following a fixed approach I tailor our work to your individual needs, drawing on attachment-informed psychotherapy, CBT skill building and creative approaches where appropriate.

Some sessions may focus on making sense of longstanding patterns of thinking and behaviour, while others may be more practical, helping you learn and use tools to manage anxiety, navigate relationships or respond differently to life challenges.

Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative process. My role is not to tell you who to be but to offer a safe, thoughtful space where you can deepen the personal journey you’re on. I will meet you with wisdom, experience and care you deserve.
