Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At Adjust Your Sail, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we are committed to offering a flexible and client-centred approach to your therapeutic journey. Please take a moment to read through our policy regarding bookings, rescheduling, and refunds.
Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any sessions, whether purchased individually or as part of a package. This is due to the nature of the service provided, the preparation involved, and the commitment of time and resources to each client.
Rescheduling
We do, however, offer the opportunity to reschedule your session, subject to the following conditions:
Notice Period: Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling Limit: Each session may be rescheduled a maximum of two times.
No-shows or Late Cancellations: If you do not attend your session without prior notice or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
We encourage you to view therapy as a commitment to your own growth and wellbeing. Holding to these boundaries allows us to maintain fairness to all clients and ensure availability for those who may need support.
