Regularity of sessions is important for maintaining the flow in the therapeutic process. I recommend weekly sessions for an initial period of either three, six, nine or twelve months. Sometimes is longer still but however short or long the time we spend working together, it will be a statement you make about the priority your well being as self care take in your life.
